Application
1.SPS is applied in the production of electrolytic copper foil, which can produce high-quality low-profile copper foil. Low-profile electrolytic copper foil is widely used in the manufacture of electronic materials and lithium-ion batteries.
2.It is used as brightener for acid copper plating to obtain decorative and functional coatings. Can be used in combination with classical copper plating formulations such as non-ionic surfactants, polyamine and other hydrogen sulfur compounds, can also be used with dyes, if combined with DPS and EXP2887, will get a better effect.
