Application

1.Imidazole antifungal of triazoles. By blocking the activation of cytochrome-P-450 including oxidase and peroxidase, 14, -methylsterol cannot be dehydrogenated and converted to ergosterol, thus inhibiting the growth and proliferation of the fungus. It has strong lipophilicity and can pass through the biofilm, inhibiting the binding of the membrane to the fungus Chemicalbook. Its antimicrobial spectrum is similar to that of ketoconazole. It is effective against superficial fungal diseases such as vaginal and oral candidiasis, dermatomycosis, etc., and is expected to be a highly effective and safe drug for deep fungal infections such as cryptococcal encephalitis (AIDS).
