Application
The product is natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and butyl rubber and plasticating accelerator, as well as the regeneration agent of waste rubber with high synthetic rubber composition. Suitable for high temperature and low temperature plastication, sulfur can stop its plasticolysis. The product toxicity is small, no pollution, vulcanized glue no smell, no effect on the physical properties and aging properties of the rubber material. The product reacts with zinc sulfate solution to produce zinc pentachlorophenol, which can be used as a plasticizing accelerator for natural rubber. It has remarkable catalytic effect at both high and low temperature. It is suitable for Chemicalbook opener and internal mixer. The zinc pentachlorophenol has no effect on the physical properties, aging properties and chlorine taste of the vulcanized adhesive. It can be used for light-colored products. It can also be used as a plasticizer for rubber containing unsaturated bonds such as natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isopentyl rubber, butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, butyl rubber and so on. It can also have a good plasticizing effect at low temperature. A small amount of sulfur has a termination effect on its plasticolysis.
