Application
1.As a cationic dye intermediate, cationic red X-GRL and other red dyes can be synthesized. It is also a heterocyclic intermediate and can be used in pharmacy
2.It can be used as medicine intermediate. Used for synthesis of azolamide.
3.Used as a herbicide, especially as a cotton defoliator.
4.It is obtained by cyclization of hydrazine hydrate, cyanamide and formic acid. Or by aminoguanidine bicarbonate and formic acid action, reheated cyclization; Guanidine nitrate can also be used as raw material to react with acetic acid for 8h at 5-15℃, then react with oxalic acid, and finally get by cyclization reflux for 5h.
